How do I start?

To start with Hachiko Labs, follow these steps: Sign up and complete your profile and requirements. Our manager will contact you for further details. Meet your assigned candidates and approve them. Make the first payment fee (15%) based on their annual salary once you hire an Engineer, and you're all set!

How do you vet your Engineers?

At Hachiko Labs, our engineer pre vetting process involves three stages: CV & portfolio evaluation, background and identity check, and oral and written English proficiency assessment. This thorough process ensures that only the most talented and qualified engineers become part of our team.

Can I request a tech interview / live coding/ test task?

Sure thing! All developers are pre-vetted, yet you have the option to conduct a tech interview/live coding call to verify their abilities.

Do you maintain a full team of engineers on standby, or do you opt for real-time hiring when needed
